1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., innerwear, personalized/customized items, clearance sale items).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at nagarajshanthi66@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Your full name and contact number
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)

We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions and a return approval, if eligible.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), FeminineFit will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If the payment was made via UPI or bank transfer, we will request your bank details to process the refund.

Note: Refunds will not include the original shipping charges (if any), unless the return was due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products. If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please mention this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.
  2. Contact your bank or card company—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
